Delivery:

Collection can be arranged,we are based in Table view- Cape town. Orders are not sent out during the lead time but only once the item is complete. Once your order has been sent you are welcome to request your tracking number should you wish to track your parcel online.

Any stated delivery dates are approximate. Kiss Clothing will not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenses for failure to meet any delivery date and are not responsible for the parcel once it has been collected by the Courier Company. Please speak to us should you want to take out any insurance for said delivery

 

Return Policy:

We aim to ensure items are free from defect but sometimes faults can be missed. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or cash refunds.  Items that has a material or manufacturing default and will be replaced or repaired. Items need to be returned to us within 1 weeks of you receiving them. Please note that as all items are made to order your replacement item will only be made up once the return item is received. This could take up to 7 working days. Your replacement item will be posted to you at our cost.

Should Kiss Clothing be responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size, ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Kiss Clothing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size ordered by you the client. Please refer to our sizing chart on our catalogue before placing your orders.

 

Trademark:

Kiss Clothing have the rights to all designs either brought in by clients or designed within Kiss Clothing. All designs stay property of kiss clothing, unless you pay for the rights and ownership of the patterns/ Designs. Please discuss this with the owner if you would like more information regarding the costs of the patterns. You May not copy, reproduce, publish, upload or distribute any of the trademark designs unless granted the rights by Kiss Clothing. The company grants you permission to view, copy and print portions, for the sole purpose of placing an order with the company for any products.
